The Office Assistant provides key administrative, organizational, and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. They assist staff across the organization, manage routine tasks, and help create a welcoming and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them as needed.
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and send meeting invites.
- Maintain and update files, records, and office documentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical duties.
- Help organize and keep common areas tidy and organized.
- Book travel and make reservations for executives or staff.
- Support event planning and coordination of office activities.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in routine tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is beneficial.
