You will oversee in the planning and execution of technical operations, lead an internal team and partner with external suppliers. Using your deep technical and market knowledge and your thorough understanding of our business goals, you will ensure we have the right infrastructure solutions in place for the future. In addition, you will direct programs to implement regional and global Infrastructure strategies, provide input into financial planning and controls for infrastructure on a regional and global level, and manage the complexity of regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross-charging.

**How you will contribute**

The Enterprise Architect - Digital Workplace, Automation and Innovation, will be a key leader responsible for setting together with CTO organization, the architectural vision for Mondelez’ Future of Workplace, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technologies. He/She will serve as an expert and trusted partner to create and realized that vision

'You work with business and IT stakeholders to define a future-state of requirements, principles and models. You also work to position the organization to deliver its future-state architecture vision by coordinating the analysis of required changes in business functions and processes, information and technology capabilities and solutions.

**How you will contribute**

Informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape, you will manage the defined direction and provide thought leadership to support the business and deliver key implementations of the technical strategy. In this role, you will serve as a key consultant to senior leadership on Digital Workplace, Automation, Emerging Technologies, and long-term systems strategies. Additionally, your contribution will be crucial to make decisions on key technology purchases to align IT investments with business strategies, while reducing risk and delivering adaptive solutions (with a focus on digital), and lead the technology product evaluation processes, and architecture review board governance for project solutions.

You will manage:
**Enterprise Capability Map and Business Architecture**
- Define and maintain Unified Business Capability Map in close collaboration with business and MDS stakeholders
- Build as-is and to-be Landscape Architecture Diagram aligned with the business strategy

**Governance, Standards and Gate Keeping**
- Define and execute Architecture Review Board process including clear TCO

**Application & Technology Lifecycle Management/Roadmaps**
- Define and Execute Application & Technology rationalization, simplification and investment strategy.

**Solution Delivery and Business Consulting**
- Consult SA and Delivery team for any new or significant change architecture.
- Perform solution design and business consulting on transformational initiatives.
- Application & Technology Solution Selections
- Lead together with key stakeholders the solutions selection process.

**Emerging Technology Trends and Roadmap**
- Build and update Emerging Technology Roadmap
- Follow industry best practices and Identify emerging technology opportunity

**More about this role**:
The role is to build, test, deploy and run various Technology solutions in the Sales Domain. This includes areas of Sales Execution, Perfect Store and TPM platforms. Works both inhouse and with vendor ecosystem to implement digital capabilities. S/He will have a understanding of Sales Processes in Modern Trade and/or Traditional Trade markets. S/He will have hands on knowledge on some of the key domains such as Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management Systems, Merchandizing, Sales Training & Coaching, Trade Promo Management.
