Customer Service:

- Outgoing personality with a desire to help solve problems
- Experience providing customer service support via phone
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Very comfortable being on the phones for most of the day
- Flawless verbal communication skills
- This role generally handles inbound calls from current and prospective customers, and the agent generally needs to triage the call
- understand what the ask is, and then determine how to find the appropriate resolution. This includes handling complaints, finding status updates, preparing zero balance and payoff letters, transferring calls to the appropriate department, assisting customers with setting up their online portal access.
