Derivatives Trader

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades in equity and derivative markets based on analysis and algorithms.
- Develop and backtest strategies using algo tools like Stoxxo, Backinzo, and StockMock.
- Monitor market trends, identify trading opportunities, and manage risk.
- Maintain detailed records of trades, performance, and strategy tweaks.
- Collaborate with the research and strategy teams for optimizing trading models.
- Stay up to date with market news, regulations, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification** - Mandatory
- 1-3 years of **hands-on trading experience** in Indian stock markets.
- Experience with **algorithmic trading platforms** like Stoxxo, Backinzo, and StockMock.
- Good understanding of technical analysis and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Python knowledge is a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience building or customizing trading strategies.
- Familiarity with market APIs or automation tools.
- Passion for financial markets and data-driven trading.
