**Job Title**: Google Ads Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Google Ads Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI across various industries and platforms.
- **Lead Prospecting & Sales Strategies**: Use **lead prospecting expertise** and **sales-oriented skills** to identify potential clients and develop customized sales pitches that resonate with target audiences.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored Google Ads strategies.
- **Sales Pitch Customization**: Develop and deliver **sales pitch customization** that effectively conveys the value of Google Ads to clients.
- **Empathetic Engagement**: Communicate with clients empathetically to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations, ensuring a tailored approach to their campaigns.
- **Advanced Analytical Skills**: Use **advanced analytical tools** like Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and other Google Ads tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Utilize **upselling** and **cross-selling strategies** to increase the value of each client and drive additional revenue.
- **Proactive Follow-Up & Reporting**: Maintain proactive follow-up on campaigns and provide clients with detailed performance reports and insights to improve future strategies.
- **Sales Automation Tools Proficiency**: Leverage **sales tools and dialers** to automate and streamline campaign processes, improving efficiency and output.
- **Process Efficiency**: Maximize efficiency by optimizing **call time**, **appointment setting**, and workflow management for seamless campaign execution.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address any client concerns with **empathy and professionalism**, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- **Transactional Agility**: Stay agile and adapt quickly to changes in the market or campaign performance, ensuring that campaigns stay effective under all conditions.
- **Resilience Under Pressure**: Demonstrate **resilience under pressure** by handling challenges and client objections effectively and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Creative Ad Copy & Storytelling**: Use **creativity in selling** and **storytelling** techniques to craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- **Call Script Optimization**: Continuously improve and optimize **call scripts** for client conversations to increase conversion rates and align with campaign objectives.

- **Negotiation & Closing Techniques**: Skilled in **negotiation** and **closing techniques**, ensuring client satisfaction and deal success.
- **Process Efficiency**: Use **sales automation tools** and optimize processes to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness and time efficiency.
- **Resilience Under Pressure**: Maintain composure when facing challenges or client pushback, ensuring continuous campaign improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Freshers** with an interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn Google Ads are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in **PPC management**, **Google Ads**, or **digital marketing** is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in learning about digital marketing tools, analytics, and Google Ads platforms.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
