- Job Summary:
UKG is seeking a customer focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Employer Services Organization As a Data Operations Representative (III) you will support Payment Services operations for both internal and external UKGPro customers. Payment Services strives to deliver exceptional quality service and effective communications with our customers. This role is responsible for assisting with client data changes, while exceeding our customers’ expectations. This individual has a strong passion for people, building relationships, ability to effectively multi-task/prioritize, and a keen focus on accurately processing customer requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processes customer and internal requests for customer tax profile adds, changes, and other complex set ups
- Manage case workload and maintain productivity while balancing responsibilities
- Complete understanding of case expectations, minimizing aging, and utilizing best-case-scenario script or reassignment of case
- Own and complete data exchanges with tax agencies on a recurring basis to maintain customer tax profile accuracy
- Involved with stretch assignments, system enhancements, and UAT testing
- Partner with technical teams to report and resolve system issues
- Takes on escalated and complex issues that require immediate attention.

Required Qualifications:

- Intermediate knowledge of payroll tax filings and remittances
- 2 years’ experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platform
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 apps
- Ability to self-start daily and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment
- Beginner/Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2+ years related business experience in business operations or client services

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience will be considered
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is desirable
- 2 years payroll tax or various human resource service delivery (HRSD) industry related experience
