**Job Title: PDI Incharge**

As the **PDI Incharge**, you will be responsible for overseeing the inspection process, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that all vehicles are delivered in perfect condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage PDI Operations**: Oversee the entire pre-delivery inspection process, ensuring all vehicles are checked thoroughly for quality, safety, and functionality before delivery.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of PDI technicians, ensuring they follow correct procedures and maintain high standards of quality.
- **Vehicle Inspections**: Conduct and oversee detailed checks on all vehicles, ensuring that they are free from defects, scratches, and other issues. Ensure that all features and accessories are functional.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of inspections and report any issues found during the inspection process. Ensure all PDI documentation is accurately filled out and submitted.
- **Problem Resolution**: Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Quality Control teams to resolve any issues that arise during the PDI process.
- **Training & Development**: Provide ongoing training to the PDI team on new processes, procedures, and product knowledge.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and company policies.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure that all vehicles meet customer expectations and are ready for handover in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive PDI or a related quality control role.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and the PDI process.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify even minor defects.
- **Knowledge of Standards**: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automotive inspections.
- **Qualifications**: A technical diploma or degree in automobile engineering or related fields is a plus.
