**Job Summary**:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in streamlining sales processes, ensuring seamless communication between various departments, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products to clients.

2. **Client Engagement**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

3. **Sales Process Optimization**:

- Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the sales process.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

5. **Communication**:

- Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Communicate product/service updates and changes to clients as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT products and services is an advantage.
