**Job Title**: IT In-Charge

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade school IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and software.
- Provide technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff.
- Ensure the proper functioning of smart classrooms, projectors, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Manage school databases, student information systems, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect school data.
- Oversee internet connectivity and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
- Train staff on the effective use of technology and IT security best practices.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely maintenance.
- Support online examinations, digital learning platforms, and school website updates.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Education: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, networking, Windows/Mac OS, and basic server management.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in an educational institution.
- Knowledge of school management software and e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and backup solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
