**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including test results and other lab documentation.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the lab’s calendar.
- Support the lab team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or equivalent; additional experince in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years as an office executive, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical lab setting.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
