**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Utilize computer systems for record keeping and information retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while providing excellent customer service.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management procedures and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative capacity is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
