**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Manage production schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
- Oversee the efficient operation of production equipment and processes.
- Monitor production output against quality specifications and timelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and standards.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in food production and quality control roles.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control procedures.
- **Leadership**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using production equipment and quality control tools.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
