_**The Bancassurance - Branch Banking Department of India's Leading Insurance Organization is looking for an enthusiastic motivated Client Relationship Manager.**_
**Job Purpose**:
To oversee 3-4 of the designated bank's branches. Execute business development initiatives to increase the amount of business generated through bank branches. To meet the sales goal. In order to keep up excellent relations with bank managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking care of current and prospective bank customers for our banking partners.
- Create a lead of potential clients from bank staff.
- Establish communication with the officers and managers of our channel partners.
- Support clients and partners' workers before and after sales.
- Assist your group in converting leads into sales.
- Determine the customer's financial needs and recommend an appropriate insurance policy.
- Secure life insurance transactions with designated banking and brokerage partners.
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 years in Sales of Banking/Insurance or Investment Domain
- Age should be between 22 to 38 Years

- Superior abilities in presentation, negotiating, and listening
- Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
- Ability to position products/services against competitors
**Salary**: ₹275,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
