As a Content Moderator and Customer Support Specialist at Bitsport, you will have the unique opportunity to moderate and manage content on our social media app **Madlipz**, which primarily features audio and video clips. Moderator and Customer Support Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our platform remains a positive space for audio and video content sharing as well as creating an exciting experience for end users.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Review and moderate user-generated audio and video content to ensure it complies with our community guidelines and policies
Identify and address inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content promptly
Maintain accurate records and logs of content moderation activities and user interactions
Provide regular reports on moderation efforts and user feedback to the management team.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
Previous experience in customer support and moderation in a social media or tech company
Enthusiastic about popular & latest trends in the Indian Media
Knowledge of content review tools and platforms
Multilingual proficiency to handle a diverse user base
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Empathy and a strong commitment to creating a positive user experience
Demonstrated experience in content moderation, preferably with audio and video content
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

**JOB TYPE**: Full

**SALARY**: ₹2,40,000 - ₹3,60,000 per year

**LOCATION**: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
