Tech Mahindra is hiring for customer service executive.

*Role - Costumer Service Advisor

*Shift* - Aus (graveyard shift) (2.30 AM to 5 PM any 9.5 hrs rotational shift)

*Process* - voice(customer service/ technical)

*Working Days* - 5 Days Working 2 Rotational offs ( any 2 split off)

*Working Location*: Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chin choli Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai 400064:
*Skills Required.
*6 months Voice. *(International bpo experience)
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team

*Job Responsibility.
- Solving Customer Queries on calls related to phone bill and network related issues.

Note:

- Need Immediate Joiners*

*SALARY: Depends on last drawn salary*(max up to 5.50 LPA)
