Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth from underserved communities through life skills, digital literacy, and livelihood training. We are currently hiring passionate individuals to join our team at the Mallepally Lighthouse Centre.

**Open Positions**:1. **Spoken English cum Digital Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging sessions on spoken English and basic digital literacy
- Assess student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Support learners in building confidence and job-readiness skills

2. **Outreach Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize youth from nearby slum communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local families and community leaders
- Act as a role model and clearly communicate the program’s benefits to youth and parents

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Individuals based in or around **Mallepally, Hyderabad**:

- Passionate about working with youth and driving social change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
