**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct field sales to promote and sell building materials to contractors, builders, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction and civil industry.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

3. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in revenue.

4. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

5. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to highlight product benefits and features.

6. Collaborate with the internal team to address customer queries and deliver solutions promptly.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in building materials.

8. Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals effectively.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or the civil industry.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with a passion for field sales.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences in **Krishnagiri.**

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).**

**- Prior experience in selling building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paints, or related products is an added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
