Introduction:

- Investigate T0 exceptions on Sales Client trades for Liquid Market desk and coordinate with various stakeholders to get them resolved on timely manner under tight T+2 settlement cycles
- Deliver client request on timely manner and manage their expectations, providing a single point of contact for all clients
- Respond to post execution trade queries from clients, including but not limited to Standard Settlement Instruction set up, allocation, brokerage charge and commission, tax etc.
- Deliver quality service to client and enhance their experience with Barclay/Working with different teams within Barclays to onboard client requirement.
- Handle the new client account set-up process by T + 0
- Setting up Workflow Tool for Barclays Issued Notes and ensuring Trades are Pricing to External system by co-ordinating with the Desk.
- Publishing of Products on BBG and reviewing Final Terms
- Support fails management and resolution for Barclays Issued Notes

What will you be doing?
- Degree level or appropriate industry qualifications with at least 4+ years within a similar / comparable banking environment
- Extensive experience and thorough understanding of markets and up to date technical knowledge.
- Significant Financial services experience with an understanding of a complex Operations environment and knowledge of the front to back process in an environment of investment banking
- Some Structured Product knowledge.
- Understand operational risks to reduce risk profile
- Able to communicate in other languages
- Proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels including interacting effectively with other key areas within the bank e.g. IT, MO, FO, Ops Control.
- Ability to influence others for providing the supports and work under pressure independently
- Detailed and meticulous, high level of accuracy with low tolerance for error
- An achiever and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed Innovative, hard working, enthusiastic and motivated
- Additional focus on maintaining and implementing tight controls.

What we’re looking for:

- Extensive investment banking operations experience of ~8 to 12 yrs. In depth knowledge of investment banking processes and Operations.
- Good client services experience.
- Solid experience of across various investment banking products but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in business process reengineering.
- Strong track record of execution and results, high level of drive to meet deadlines and targets.
