Roles & Responsibilities:
*Install and repair telecommunications equipment on towers.
*Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
*Inspect towers regularly to ensure equipment and structures are functional.
*Climb towers and rig equipment safely using proper climbing gear.
*Document all work performed and report issues to supervisors.
