**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up conventional lathe machines for various machining tasks such as turning, drilling, threading, and cutting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe machines.
- Conduct quality checks using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams for efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years** of experience in operating lathe machines.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments for quality control.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
