**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Highlights job size, team size and responsibilities)**
- Maintaining and monitoring the calendar for Function Head
- Assisting the FH in traveling related bookings coordination etc.
- Coordination with other executive assistants for scheduling Steering Committee and other meetings with taking care of logistics arrangements
- Assisting the FH in reviewing critical administrative data to monitor and control cost, resource management and planning, training and leave management for the employees in the function to ensure adherence to guidelines and skill developments.
- Coordination with external entities for the FH attending industry, technology conferences, scheduling, documentation etc.
- Collating MIS from all units for submission to senior management.
**Tracking critical actionables / deliverables from the function and timely highlighting for closure.**
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organising informal team meetings, celebrations etc.
- Assisting other senior team members in their travel plans, bookings etc.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (Education, technical/ behavioral skills, Experience)**
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
- 5-7 years of experience in similar role with senior management
