1. Be responsible for enrolling long term and one time supporters for Akhand Jyoti
Work through prescribed products, reaching out to individuals in public places and business organisations Maintain an understanding of Akhand Jyoti's programs, campaigns, and causes, to be able to talk convincingly to potential supporters about the organization's work and ensure team members do the same and monitor the individual fundraiser's day-to-day performance, give feedback and provide motivational reinforcement to achieve the target.
2. Effectively and clearly communicate organisational objectives to people and the prospective supporters Be responsible for achieving supporter acquisition targets set by the organisatio.
3. Ensure that the supporter's details are correctly filled in the prescribed formats and incorporated into the daily/ weekly reports
Act as ambassador of Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital by representing the organisation in a responsible manner Be responsible for maintaining required level of confidentiality on information relating to Akhand Jyoti and its supporters
4. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line

**Salary**: ₹15,784.00 - ₹29,578.00 per month
