Voyage Hotels & Resorts is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Associate to join our team. As a Banquet Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during events, conferences, weddings, and banquets. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Setup**: Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet rooms, ensuring that tables, chairs, linens, and all event-related items are arranged according to the event specifications.
- **Guest Service**: Provide excellent service to event guests by attending to their needs, ensuring they have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring that service is prompt, efficient, and meets the hotel’s quality standards.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event, including clearing plates, glasses, and trash promptly. Ensure that banquet areas remain neat and professional in appearance.
- **Event Support**: Assist the event coordinator and other team members in managing the event, ensuring all aspects of the banquet run smoothly, including ensuring food is replenished, helping with guest requests, and assisting with troubleshooting.
- **Guest Interaction**: Be proactive in responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the event, services, or hotel amenities, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with fellow Banquet Associates, event coordinators, and other hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Closing Duties**: Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of banquet areas once the event concludes, ensuring that the room is reset for the next event or use.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
