**Job Title**: Operations Executive (English Proficiency Required)

**Location**: Saraidhela, Loharakuli, Subhash Nagar,

Plot No - 645, Dhanbad JharKhand

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in English.
- Maintain and update records, data, and reports using Google Sheets.
- Assist in payment processing and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance.
- Ensured compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data entry, reporting, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of payment processing and financial tracking.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in operations or a similar role is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with other Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic accounting or financial principles.
