**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Selling membership packages and services over the phone, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:Making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing matrimony services, and converting leads into paying clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Collaboration**:Working with team members to ensure smooth workflow, target achievement, and effective customer service.
**Office timing**:10.30 to 7.30 pm 6 days working (1 rotational week off)
**Salary**: Based on Experience
**Skills and Competencies**:
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal communication skills, both in English and Hindi (or the local language), are crucial for engaging with customers and explaining product information.
- **Sales Skills**:Proven experience in telesales, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
- **Customer Service Skills**:The ability to understand customer needs, address their concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- **Target Orientation**:A strong drive to achieve sales targets and a positive attitude towards sales.
