**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Dance Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective dance lessons, focusing on technique, rhythm, coordination, and artistic expression. Provide clear and concise instructions and demonstrations.
- **Choreography**: Create and teach original choreography for performances, school events, and competitions.
- **Technique Development**: Focus on developing students' dance technique, including posture, alignment, movement quality, and flexibility.
- **Performance Preparation**: Prepare students for dance performances, concerts, and school events. This includes rehearsing with students, selecting appropriate music, and designing costumes or stage setups when appropriate.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly assess student progress through observation, performance evaluations, and participation. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding their performance.
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a well-organized and stimulating dance studio environment conducive to learning. Manage student behavior effectively and promote positive social interactions among students.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Relevant Degree in Dance (e.g., Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, Master of Fine Arts in Dance, Diploma in Dance, Classical Dance, Contemporary Dance, Folk Dance, etc.)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dance Teacher in a recognized school or institution.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong dance skills and knowledge of various dance styles and techniques.
- Excellent choreography skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective dance lessons.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to assess and document student progress.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Knowledge of music and rhythm.
- Creativity and artistic vision.

**Special Requirement**:
**Salary**:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be competitive within the Surat market.
