The Derma Counselor will act as the primary point of contact for patients seeking dermatological treatments at Awish Clinic. They are responsible for educating patients about available treatments, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth consultation and follow-up process. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge in dermatology and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a superior patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Counseling**:

- Educate patients about various dermatological procedures and treatments offered by the clinic, including their benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Address patient concerns and queries related to skin conditions, treatment plans, and products.
- **Treatment Planning**:

- Assist dermatologists in developing customized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Ensure patients are informed of pre
- and post-treatment care requirements.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Promote dermatology packages, skincare products, and other services offered by the clinic.
- Achieve individual sales targets by converting patient inquiries into bookings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain detailed patient records, including treatment history and preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to check patient progress and satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate appointments between patients and dermatologists.
- Provide billing and payment guidance as needed.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Stay updated on the latest dermatological treatments, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and safety standards.
- Certification or training in dermatology, aesthetics, or skincare counseling is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in dermatology counseling, skincare, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools.

Pay: ₹11,226.26 - ₹36,844.74 per month
