Roller Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup and Operation**:Setting up roll forming machines, including adjusting rollers, guides, and cutters according to specifications. This may involve offline (manual feed) or online (automated coil feed) systems.
- **Material Handling**:Loading and feeding material into the machine, which may include coils of steel or other metals.
- **Quality Control**:Monitoring the forming process, inspecting finished products for defects, and making adjustments as needed to meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Performing basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Identifying and troubleshooting issues with the machine or the forming process.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues or deviations from standards.

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
