Job Description:
We are pleased to hire for the position of Customer Service Representative at IPH Glasses.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing & Maintaining database of ongoing Projects.
- Follow up with clients on call, text and mails.
- Preparing & Maintaining paperwork.
- Achieving daily goals of the day.
- Provide excellent customer service & build positive relationship with client.
- Handle client details, quarries & provide appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Graduate or High School Diploma holder.
- Strong Organizational & Time management skills.
- Ability to work Independently & as a part of a team.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, Gujarati.
- Ability to learn, adapt and improve your skillset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
