External Description
- Attending user level calls / following IT ticketing portal
- Coordinating with OEMs/Vendors related to hardware and software issues of Desktops/Laptops/Servers... etc.
- Software and Hardware Inventory/Asset management.
- Configuring MS O365 clients and troubleshoot relevant issues.
- Provide end user support, physical and remotely
- Ready to work in 24/7 shifts

Preparing daily reports

External Skills And Expertise
- Any graduate, Microsoft Certification.
- Basic Working knowledge in AD, DHCP, DNS, File/Print Server
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Capable to solve basic users level calls on Microsoft windows/ MS Office 365/Wired and Wireless Network related issues.
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing)
- 1 year working experience as FMS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
