**Reporting To: Managing Director and Board of Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments considering executives calendars.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the Executive Office.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality related to the Office activities and meetings.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
