**Job Summary**:
Responsible for managing electrical maintenance of the dairy plant to ensure smooth operations, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown management, utility supervision, and team leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee electrical systems: HT/LT panels, motors, VFDs, control panels.
- Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of dairy equipment.
- Monitor electrical utilities: DG sets, boilers, chillers, HVAC.
- Ensure electrical safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and train the electrical maintenance team.
- Maintain maintenance records and energy reports.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in FMCG/dairy
- Troubleshooting, team management, and safety compliance
- Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, CMMS (preferred)

**Preferred**:

- Electrical Supervisor License (Haryana)
- Safety Certification
