**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as an Agile evangelist, mentoring teams in adopting frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Agile Coach with relevant experience of minimum 6+ years
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals in **data-intensive environments**.
- Drive best practices in **ETL workflows**, data processing, and cloud-based solutions (**AWS/Azure**).
- Enable teams to design and implement scalable **BI solutions** to support analytics and reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback.
- Partner with Product Owners and Data Engineers to ensure seamless integration of Agile principles in data operations.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Agile Coach with hands-on expertise in **ETL, AWS/Azure**, and **BI tools** (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, cloud services, and analytics platforms.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
