Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Podcast Video shooting & editing
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop video concepts.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using professional editing tools.
- Add music, voice-overs, graphics, animation, and visual effects where required.
- Ensure all videos align with the brand’s tone, style, and guidelines.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage video equipment, lighting, and shooting setups for high-quality production.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and technologies.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or Video Content Creator.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms.
- Creativity in storytelling, shot composition, and visual effects.
- Basic knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with 2D/3D animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of live streaming and podcast video setup.
- Photography skills are a plus.
