Marketing Coordinator/ Pro

**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing the hospital's public image and communication efforts. This includes handling media relations, patient inquiries, internal communications, and community outreach. The PRO ensures that the hospital's messaging is consistent, clear, and positive, helping to maintain and enhance the hospital's reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists.
- Write press releases, news articles, and other communication materials.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with hospital staff.
- Manage crisis communication and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- **Internal Communications**:

- Assist in communication between hospital departments, management, and staff.
- **Public Relations Strategy**:

- Create and implement PR strategies to promote the hospital’s services, programs, and community involvement.
- Organize hospital events, health awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee the hospital’s social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content, respond to queries, and track performance metrics.
- Ensure all content aligns with the hospital’s brand and values.
- **Patient Relations**:

- Address patient complaints, feedback, and inquiries professionally.
- Promote patient satisfaction and build positive relationships between patients and the hospital.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure all written and visual materials reflect the hospital’s brand and values.
- Maintain consistency in the messaging across all platforms, including digital and print.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time work

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
