**Job Title: Disaster Recovery Coordinator**

- Mobiles technical SME in other virtual teams to achieve a common goal and/or resolve complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
- Understands business requirements from LBUs and relays it back to own organization for solution
- Serves as an expert within own discipline
- Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
- Participate in the overall BCP/DR processes.
- Manage the implementation of BCP/DR solutions for concerned Business Units in the region and their day-to-day functions where necessary
- Act as the central point of contact during annual BCP/DR planning exercise and responsible for the development of related reports.
- Conduct regular drill tests covering multiple BUs simultaneously according to company policy and regulator’s requirements; agree with the BU on the scenario, test plan; document problems, assign to SME and monitor progress till completion.
- Maintain BCP/DR plans and drill reports through regular review
- Act as the central point of contact in real disaster and drive for recovery actions according to established plans and procedures.
- Assist BUs to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) where appropriate.
- Work with the infrastructure SME to satisfy new requirements from the BUs
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirement

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science/IT or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both speaking and writing English
- At least 5 years IT working experience
- Possess proven BCP/DR experience (preferably) in a financial institution, has track records for similar job responsibility in a regional capacity.
- Working experience in recovery technologies (e.g., EMC data replication, VMWare Site Recovery Manager.

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- BCP: 3 years (preferred)
- Disaster Recovery: 5 years (preferred)
