**Job Title**: Back Office Executive
**Location**: Howrah
**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry & Record Management**:
- Accurately enter and update data into the system.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Regularly verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in various administrative tasks as directed by the management team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Prepare and organize paperwork and reports for management.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:
- Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Track inventory levels and generate reports for reorder requirements.
- **Customer Support**:
- Address customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department if needed.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Prepare regular reports on office operations and data as per management requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with company standards.
- **Miscellaneous Support**:
- Assist with other back-office tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and any other duties as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
