Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Curriculum Development:

- Design and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments that reflect current industry trends and best practices.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on projects, to create an interactive and effective learning environment.

Student Support:

- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students pursuing digital marketing careers.
- Offer feedback on assignments, exams, and projects to help students improve their skills and understanding.
- Hold office hours and be available for one-on-one consultations with students.

Industry Collaboration & Research:

- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into course content.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to maintain a professional network and bring real-world insights into the classroom.
- Engage in research or practical projects related to digital marketing, and collaborate with industry partners when possible.

Administrative & Departmental Duties:

- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and faculty development initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall academic environment by engaging in service and extracurricular activities, such as organizing workshops or guest speaker events.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Certified Digital Marketing scholar

Experience
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, content strategy, social media, and analytics.
- Previous teaching experience at the college/university level or in a professional training environment is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in both online and in-person settings.

Certifications (preferred):

- Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Personal Attributes:

- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Open to feedback and committed to professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
