Role purpose:
Responsible for the proactive monitoring, maintenance, patching, administration and backup of the Civica Technology Centre’s Public, Hybrid and Private Cloud solutions

Essential Competencies:
Basic awareness of below technologies
- Windows Server based systems including DNS, DHCP, RDS, WSUS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Application Servers (i.e. Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, SQL Server, Teams)
- VMware (ESX, NSX-T) / Hyper-V and similar virtualisation technologies
- Monitoring (Zabbix, OpsView) and deployment tools
- Server and Storage Hardware
- Backup / Disaster recovery technologies / methodologies
- Antivirus / Anti-Malware / Vulnerability toolsets
- Networking principles

Preferred Skills:
Experience of using:
Windows OS and Windows Server Operating

Office 365

Flexible and openness to work in different shift

Good working knowledge of ITIL
