**Job Summary**:
As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing freight shipments, building relationships with carriers and customers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will play a key role in driving operational success and maintaining high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts to achieve profitability.
- Coordinate and monitor freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any transportation issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage load boards and other freight-matching platforms to secure freight opportunities.
- Track shipments, communicate updates, and address any delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a related logistics/supply chain role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
