**Job Title**: Restaurant Steward (Male)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our friendly team as a Steward. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are understood and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and the surrounding service station.
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Steward in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
