Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to accompany written materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
- Conduct research to identify current trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow social media accounts by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
- **SEO and Analytics**:

- Implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive content.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure content meets their needs and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized records of content assets and project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven portfolio of published content, including written articles, graphics, and videos.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- **Attributes**:

- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and open to feedback.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
