**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.- Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering.
- Hands on experience of implementing and shipping production quality Machine Learning models or Data pipelines.
- Prior work/research experience in Search domain is preferable.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science,
- OR related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science,
- OR equivalent experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Some of the specific search relevance areas that the team is focused on are:

- End to end ranking of search results.
- Personalization of search results.
- Experiment with State of the Art encoding/decoding architectures for Search.
- Document Text/Passage extraction and understanding.
- Compliance and Privacy aware Machine Learning training pipelines at scale.
