**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:
Develop and deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive lessons for students preparing for the IELTS/TOEFL exams.
Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring that the content is relevant and comprehensive.
- **Test Preparation**:
Focus on all sections of the IELTS/TOEFL exams, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Provide students with strategies and techniques for tackling each section effectively.
Conduct regular mock tests to assess student progress and familiarize them with the test format.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:
Evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, mock tests, and informal assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students, highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement.
Track student performance and offer personalized learning strategies.
- **Motivation and Guidance**:
Provide motivation and encouragement to students throughout their preparation.
Guide students on effective study techniques and time management strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Ensure timely reporting and updating of student records as required.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**:
Work closely with other trainers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and productive learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:
Proven experience teaching IELTS and/or TOEFL preparation courses.
Experience with a variety of student levels and learning needs is a plus.
- **Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
- **Other Requirements**:
Familiarity with the IELTS and TOEFL test formats and scoring systems.
Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and materials for test preparation.
Proficiency in using technology for virtual classes, online resources, and teaching tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, or related field.
- Previous experience working with diverse international student populations.
- Experience in both in-person and online teaching settings.
