**Job Title**: Tele caller / Education Counsellor

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs.
- Counsel students on course selection, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries related to admissions and academic programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on leads.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.

**Required Skills**:
**-**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Telugu preferred.

**NOTE**: Immediate joiners Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,574.78 per month
