**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Proficient in playing and teaching drums/percussion instruments.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience or Fresher in teaching drums to school students.
- Ability to prepare students for school programs, competitions, and examinations.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular drum classes for students from primary to senior levels.
- Identify and nurture students’ talent in percussion.
- Coordinate and prepare students for school events, assemblies, and performances.
- Maintain instruments and ensure discipline during sessions.
