Position : Accounts Executive

Location : Rajkot.

Experience required : Experienced

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Checking and verifying invoices with accuracy

2. Maintaining related documentation and approvals

3. Coordinating with vendors and branch offices

4. Negotiating rates and payment terms to optimise company expenses

5. Making timely and accurate bank payments to vendors and service providers.

6. Maintaining records of transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

7. Checking and reconciling ledgers to ensure accuracy in financial records.

8. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts.

9. Ensuring proper calculation and deduction of GST and TDS.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office.

Excellent typing speed and data interpretation skills.

Strong mailing communication skills.

Ability to handle data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati; additional language skills are a plus.

Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of accounting practices and GST regulations.

Knowledge of E-invoicing and E-way bills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
