**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and reviewing business contracts with clients and vendors. Negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with the respective law and protecting the interests of CloudThat.
- Highlighting any potential risk and hidden risk in business contracts and agreements to the management.
- Working on fulfilling legal compliances for business engagements with vendors and

clients. Maintaining constant communication and coordinate for On-Boarding of vendors

and clients.
- Timely submission of proposals and documentation for online government contracts and assisting the team wherever required.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders in CloudThat and ensuring 100% compliances from a legal perspective.
- Preparing legal notices for collection of overdue payments from clients as per inputs from Finance department and pursuing it through legal proceedings.
- Responding to any legal notices received by CloudThat and addressing such cases as the legal representative of CloudThat.
- Assisting the team in completing any other task assigned by the management.
- Prepare letters with minimum inputs for employment offer, appointment letter,

appraisal and other employee letters.
- Preparing legal documents as required from time to time in conjunction to the business contracts.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication (written and spoken)
- Able to multi-task with accuracy and ensure timely completion of day to day tasks.
- Have an eye for detail. Understands the attached implicit and explicit risk in

contracts/agreements/SOW/MSA or any other document having a legal binding.
- Well versed with Mercantile law including Indian Contract Act, 1972 Companies Act,

Indian Labour laws and other statutory compliances.
