Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, and various other media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Develop**: Create visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message and meet the project objectives.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure that designs align with brand strategy and client goals.
- **Brand Identity**: Ensure consistency in designs, adhering to brand guidelines and elevating brand identity across all platforms.
- **Conceptualize**: Generate creative ideas and innovative designs for a variety of print, web, and multimedia campaigns.
- **Produce**: Design and execute visual assets for marketing materials, social media, websites, print media, and other platforms.
- **Revise and Improve**: Amend designs after feedback to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- **Quality Control**: Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay current with design trends, techniques, and tools to produce fresh and relevant visual content.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting.
- **Proficiency**: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.

**Preferred**:

- **Experience in UI/UX Design**: Knowledge of user interface design for websites and mobile apps is a plus.
- **Motion Graphics**: Familiarity with motion design, animation, and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
