**Responsibilities**

1. Manage the process new machinery, plant and equipment installation in collaboration with all relevant parties

2. Manage the team to ensure Critical and Plant machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management Reconditioning and Retrofitting of Obsolete System and Spares of Existing Machines

3. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively

4. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal

5. Optimism and Maintain Critical Machines according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality

6. Responsible for planned to schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.

7. Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals and responsible for Procurement of Critical Spares and Plant Equipment

8. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

9. People management and managing the team on technical best practice, Mentoring and leading the department. Focus and Implement on Resource Conservation (Energy, Air and Water)

**Qualifications**

Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in the Production or in the Manufacturing Industry.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Good Communication And Presentation Skills
